1. Payment
After you entered all data for a new booking, you will be taken to the payment page. Payments are possible with credit card, Paypal or Sofort. A cash payment on site is not possible.
2. Bills
After the successful payment we will send you a confirmation mail containing a copy of the invoice. If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder or contact help@parktiger.de.
3. Refunds
If you cancel 24 hours before arrival, you will receive the full amount refunded. For cancellations at short notice we have to keep 100% of the parking fee.
